do I initiate a support call?
Very simple. The support
documentation package that you received upon initiation of the
support agreement has the toll-free number you can call as well

My
Manufacturer direct contract is expiring. What steps to I need
to take?
We make the
process simple. We'll general information like the type
and number of servers/workstations and associates serial
numbers. We'll then provide you with a written cost
estimate that you can issue a PO toward.

you support EOL and older hardware?
In a word-
YES! Whether you have the latest in Sun Microsystems technology
or second generation gear, we are committed to offering you
support for your entire Sun installation!

Will
my support costs rise dramatically on my older Sun hardware?
No. As an
independent provider of on-site support, we have no vested
interest in increasing your ownership costs on older
hardware. In fact, by extending the support coverage to
second and third generation Sun Microsystems hardware, we
provide an affordable venue for you to maximize the useful life
of the hardware- DRAMATICALLY LOWERING your total cost of
ownership!
