Level 4: provides custom patch support with Terix access to SUN for end resolution of specific problems
FTP Site Access
Transfer of all Solaris error logs and core files for SE review
Download of all level 3 and 4 support information
We offer our customers the ability to mix and match different level of hardware support and software support to meet systems individual service requirements.
We also offer software only contracts for Solaris support.
